The Soho House

Berlin, germany

With branches in some of the world’s most fast-paced cities, Soho House—a private membership club for the crème de la crème—has deluxe accommodations for all travelers.

The lobby alone makes a strong statement with its black spiral staircase and famous shark painting by Damien Hirst, one of the most prominent installation artists in the UK. With a pool, a library, and a built-in movie theater, the hotel pretty much has it all.

For some globetrotters, planning a trip can induce a lot of stress. To solve that predicament, Soho House Berlin has a wellness center called Cowshed, which is divided into two areas¬¬: Cowshed Active, the members-only gym; and Cowshed Relax, the luxury spa which is open to all. At the spa, clients can meet new friends as they enjoy facials, full body massages, hair and nail treatments, as well as sauna baths. There’s even a hammam, or a Turkish bath, which is a type of steam room popularized in the Victorian era. Getting clean never sounded so sophisticated.
